How do I join for free?
It's free and takes less than a minute. Create your account and you're in.
How do I earn points?
Every dollar you spend earns a point. You'll also earn points for celebrating your birthday with us, following us on social, referring a friend, and more.
How does my level get decided?
Your level is based on what you spend with us each calendar year. Reach Level III in November, for example, and you'll keep those benefits for the rest of the year plus all of next year. Your level resets each January based on the year just gone.
How do I redeem points?
Make sure you're signed in to your account. Once signed in, open the rewards panel from the left side of your screen and select "Ways to Redeem." If you've got enough points, you'll see a "Redeem" button waiting for you. Click it and you'll get your code, plus a button to apply it straight to checkout.
Do points ever expire?
Yes, after 12 months. You can check your exact expiry date any time by opening the rewards panel on the left side of your screen.
