Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
Miss You Offer
Our ‘Miss You’ offer is sent to subscribed customers via a unique discount code sent by email. The code is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt and can be used on orders of $150 AUD or more (excluding shipping). The discount excludes SRLA products and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used on previous purchases.
Birthstone Giveaway
This giveaway is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older. The giveaway will run for 48 hours, beginning at 6:00 pm AEST on Sunday 18th May and closing at 6:00 pm AEST on Tuesday 20th May.
Twelve (12) lucky winners will each receive one Custom Birthstone Necklace, including up to three Birthstone Charms. The prize is as stated; no cash or alternative prizes will be offered.

4 Days of Social Competition – Terms & Conditions
Promotions are valid while stocks last and apply to online orders only during the promotional period 9.6.25 9am AEST to 12.6.25 11.59pm AEST.
Daily Promotions:
Day 1
Customers who place an order on from 9am AEST on Day 1 will automatically go into the draw to win a YCL Heritage Watch. One winner will be selected at random and contacted via email.
Day 2
50 orders placed on Day 2 will receive a $50 YCL voucher, included in their order. Customers will be selected at random. Vouchers are valid until the 11.59pm AEST 31st of August 2025 on a minimum order spend of AUD $150 and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer. Excludes SRLA and Gift Cards.
Day 3
Customers who place an order on Day 3 will go into the draw to win their order again. The additional identical order will be gifted to a friend of the winner’s choosing. One winner will be selected at random and contacted via email.
Day 4
100 customers who place an order on Day 4 will be randomly selected to receive a mystery YCL necklace valued up to $138, gifted with their purchase.
Christmas in July Wishlist Giveaway
This giveaway is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older. The giveaway runs throughout July 2025, starting at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 1st July and closing at 5:30pm AEST on Thursday 31st July at our Pacific Fair store only.To enter, participants must:
