All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur if your order is part of a promotion, during a collection launch or over the Christmas period.

Australia:

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $150; $7.95 for orders under $150.

Express Shipping: $4.95 for orders over $150; $9.95 for orders under $150.

Arrival times: EXPRESS shipping will arrive within 1-3 days and standard shipping within 2-8 days.

International:

International orders are shipping via Australia Post Express or DHL Express, and come with tracking and signature on delivery. Please note we cannot ship to we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses.

New Zealand: $12 AUD shipping or free over $200. Delivery in 2-5 business days.

USA & Canada: Free over $400; $20 AUD shipping for orders under. Delivery in 5-9 business days.

UK & Ireland: Free over $400; $30 AUD shipping for orders under. Delivery in 4-10 business days.

Europe: Free over $400; $35 AUD shipping for orders under. Delivery in 5-14 business days.

Asia: Free over $400; $25 AUD shipping for orders under. Delivery in 3-9 business days.

Pacific Islands: Free over $400; $30 AUD shipping for orders under. Delivery in 5-14 business days.

French Polynesia: $62 AUD shipping, no free option. Delivery in 2-8 business days.

Rest of World: $40 AUD shipping, no free option. Delivery in 5-20 business days.

If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery 
  • That you provide proof of purchase 
  • Earrings and Made to Order pieces cannot be returned
  • Charm Bar pieces are made to order & therefore are not eligible for a refund or return
  • Custom rings cannot be returned
  • Items sold as samples, at a discount, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. This includes all styles in our sale collection. Additionally, any items purchased using a discount code, during a sitewide sale, or as part of our annual sales are cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay or Klarna. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only. 
  • Items purchased through a third-party retailer will not be covered under YCL’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items was purchased from directly. 
  • Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
  • Please note, we are unable to accept faulty returns at our Pacific Fair Boutique. If you need to return a faulty item, kindly email our team instead
International Returns:

If you are outside of Australia, please email info@ycljewels.com for a Return Authorisation number.

If you change your mind, we'll gladly accept returns subject to the following conditions:

SRLA Shipping & Returns:

SRLA:

For all SRLA orders, we offer standard and express shipping options for all Australian orders:

  • $18 standard
  • $25 express

Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the service selected. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email confirmation. Due to the size and weight of our SRLA chests, we currently do not offer an free shipping options. If your order includes YCL & SRLA, you will be charged a fee for SRLA's shipping.

We offer express shipping for all international orders outside of Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination at checkout:

  • USA $60 AUD
  • NZ $40 AUD
  • UK $60 AUD
  • Asia $60 AUD
  • Rest of world $90 AUD

Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. When your order reaches the destination country and clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal provider. SRLA or YCL are not responsible for any additional charges related to international customs and import taxes, or for any delays caused by the delivery service provider. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email confirmation.

If your parcel is returned to sender (RTS), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the item. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, a restocking fee of $17 AUD or $39 USD will apply.

We allow returns 14 days from receiving your order for either a refund or gift card. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The object must arrive in original packing, undamaged. Any refund processed, once your order has been shipped, will be less the shipping fee already paid by SRLA.

If in the event your parcel is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any extra shipping fee's incurred to re-ship your item.
