- Standard shipping is free for all orders over $150 & arrives in 2-8 days
- Orders under $150 standard shipping is $7.95 & arrives within 2-8 days arrival
- Express shipping is $4.95 for orders over $150, and orders under $150 is $9.95 & arrives in 1-3 days.
Free over $200, orders under incur a $12 AUD shipping fee, 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
All international shipping is via EXPRESS post with tracking & signature on delivery:
- USA & Canada: Free over $400, orders under incur a $20 AUD shipping fee, 5 to 9 business days for delivery.
- UK & Ireland: Free over $400, orders under incur a $30 AUD shipping fee, 4 to 10 business days for delivery.
- Europe: Free over $400, orders under incur a $35 AUD shipping fee, 5 to 14 business days for delivery.
- Asia: Free over $400, orders under incur a $25 AUD shipping fee, 3 to 9 business days for delivery.
- Pacific Islands: Free over $400, orders under incur a $30 AUD shipping fee, 5 to 14 business days for delivery.
- Rest of World: $40 AUD shipping fee, no free option is available. 5 to 20 business days for delivery.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur if your order is part of a promotion or during a collection launch.
Please refer to the individual product page for the delivery time frames. To reduce our environmental impact, we aim to send all pieces in one delivery. If your order consists of In Stock and Pre Order pieces, please note that we do not offer split shipments, we suggest placing two seperate orders.
If you have received an incorrect item, please email info@ycljewels.com with photos of the item and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed. All extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of YCL Jewels.
International orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties which vary country to country. YCL Jewels is not liable for any charges you may incur. We are unable to process a refund if you refuse to make payment for the goods.
- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, please ensure to check all entered information at checkout.
- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
- YCL JEWELS will only reimburse shipping on a faulty item up to $25 AUD.
- YCL JEWELS holds the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if for some reason the order is cancelled.

If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings and Made to Order pieces cannot be returned
- Charm Bar pieces are made to order & therefore are not eligible for a refund or return
- Custom rings cannot be returned
- Items sold as a sample, discount or final sale cannot be returned. This includes any styles in our sale collection. Any items purchased with a discount code, or in any of our annual sales cannot be returned.
- We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay or Klarna. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only.
- Items purchased through a third-party retailer will not be covered under YCL’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items was purchased from directly.
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
If you are outside of Australia, please email info@ycljewels.com for a Return Authorisation number.

SRLA Jewellery chests are crafted by hand, and require some gentle care to ensure they house your most sentimental. jewels for years to come.
How to best care for your chest:
- To clean, wipe your chest down with a dry, soft polishing cloth
- Avoid any liquids on your chest
- Avoid any harsh chemicals / sprays / cleaning agents
- Avoid placing your chest on or near rough surfaces
- Keep your chest out of direct sunlight
- Avoid placing your chest in humid locations
- Use a small lint roller to clean the interior lining of your chest
- Avoid slamming your chest lid
- Avoid bending the chest lid back as this could compromise your hinge function
- The piano lacquer is delicate so avoid dropping your box
