This is your chance to step into something bigger. We’re looking for a driven, creative and heart-led leader to manage our YCL Boutique at Pacific Fair. If you’re someone who loves creating beautiful customer moments, thrives in a team, and wants to grow your career inside a values-driven fashion brand, this role is for you. You’ll be leading the day-to-day store operations, mentoring a close-knit team, and delivering the premium, meaningful experience YCL is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading your team in alignment with YCL’s vision, purpose and values
  • Overseeing daily operations: customer experience, sales, stock, team culture & more
  • Driving weekly sales, hitting KPIs, and managing store budgets to optimise performance
  • Managing the store roster in alignment with team wellbeing and business needs
  • Reporting performance insights back to HQ to help shape business strategy
  • Representing YCL through hands-on leadership
  • Facilitating our ETERNAL permanent jewellery service (training provided)
  • Planning & hosting creative, community-led in-store events with our HQ team

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a retail leadership role (store manager or assistant manager level)
  • A passion for style, self-expression, and human connection
  • Confidence to coach, lead and empower a team to perform at their best
  • Strong understanding of budgets, KPIs and sales analysis
  • Organised, intuitive and proactive in your leadership style
  • Tech-savvy and confident
  • Flexibility to work Thursday nights, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
