You can also choose to elevate your existing piece by adding new beads to your permanent jewellery.

How do I care for my permanent jewellery?
Our Permanent Jewellery is made from 9k & 14k solid yellow gold, designed for everyday wear. To keep your piece shining:
- Clean gently with warm water and a soft cloth when needed.
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or strong cleaning agents.
- If your piece ever requires re-welding, please book in for Lifetime Care appointment.
Considerations:
- Natural Stretching: A slight stretch (up to 1cm) over time is normal due to body heat and movement. Further stretching is considered wear and tear.
- Warranty: Only breakages at the weld point are covered. Chain breaks are classified as wear and tear and not included under warranty.

What is the location?
Our Permanent Jewellery Service is located at our Burleigh Boutique, on the Gold Coast. Queensland.
What is the warranty?
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we offer a 3-month manufacturing warranty covering any genuine faults or defects in craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or lost pieces. If your chain breaks, simply book an ETERNAL Permanent Jewellery Aftercare appointment, and our team will be happy to re-solder your piece for you.
Purchasing as a gift?
You can purchase a YCL e-gift card, which is redeemable in store and online.
What if I want it removed?
If you need to remove your ETERNAL jewellery for surgery or a special event, the chain can be safely cut using scissors. Should you wish to have it reattached in the future, simply book an ETERNAL Aftercare appointment and our team will re-solder your piece for you.
Do you offer group bookings?
We certainly do, one person needs to be booked per time slot. So you can either book one time slot per person ion your group or email our customer care info@ycljewels.com.
Can I bring my own piece to solder?
Our soldering experience is exclusive to the Eternal Permanent Jewellery collection. We are unable to solder any other pieces outside from this collection.
Do you only offer solid sold?
The Eternal Permanent Jewellery collection is only available in 9k & 14k solid gold. This means your piece will look forever new, and won't fade.
Are there any age restrictions?
Clients must be 16 years or older, or 13-16 years with a guardian present.
Terms & Conditions
You will receive a booking confirmation email at the time of booking. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details at the time of booking. Services are payable at the time of your appointment. In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, late attendance or no-show your card may be charged $50. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to complete the waiver form and select your Eternal Chain and Eternal Beads. If you are running late please call our team on 0431 412 044. In case of late attendance, we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a later date due to availability on the day.
