- Standard shipping is free for all orders over $150 & arrives in 2-8 days
- Orders under $150 standard shipping is $7.95 & arrives within 2-8 days arrival
- Express shipping is $4.95 for orders over $150, and orders under $150 is $9.95 & arrives in 1-3 days.
NEW ZEALAND:
Free over $200, orders under incur a $12 AUD shipping fee, 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
UNITED STATES:
USA: Free over $400, orders under incur a $20 AUD shipping fee, 5 to 9 business days for delivery.

- How long will my order take to ship? All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. This does not apply to sale periods.
- Do you have a warranty? Yes we do, we offer a 6 month warranty on all items.

Returns
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
