Do I Need To Book In For The Charm Bar?
You do not need to book Charm Bar, however please note they may be a wait time depending on how busy we are making beautiful charm jewellery!
Can I Pick Up My Online Order From Your Pacific Fair Store?
Local pick-up is not available at our Pacific Fair pop up, pick-up is only available from our Burleigh Heads Showroom.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
Our return policy in-store is the same as online:
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card accept returns subject to the following conditions:
The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging.
The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
That you provide proof of purchase.
Earrings and Made to Order pieces cannot be returned.
Items sold as a sample, discount or final sale cannot be returned. This includes any styles in our sale collection.
We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay or Klarna. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only.
Can I Return An Online Order At Pacific Fair?
All our online orders can only be processed for return through our online return portal.
