Experience our Permanent Jewellery service in store, available Tuesday to Saturday. We offer welding of 9k solid gold bracelets in store. Walk-in's welcome or book here.
Complimentary Styling Sessions
Allow our team to curate the perfect necklace or ear layer for you for your next special occasion. A wedding, engagemnent or party? YCL has you covered.
Made to Order Pieces
Our signature Ceremonial Rings and Heirloom Nameplate Necklaces are available to order in-store. These pieces are available in 14k or 18k solid gold or platinum.

Local pick-up is not available at our Pacific Fair pop up, pick-up is only available from our Burleigh Heads Showroom.
Our return policy in-store is the same as online:
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card accept returns subject to the following conditions:
The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
The request is made within 14 days of delivery
That you provide proof of purchase
Earrings and Made to Order pieces cannot be returned
Items sold as a sample, discount or final sale cannot be returned. This includes any styles in our sale collection.
We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay or Klarna. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only.
All our online orders can only be processed for return through our online return portal.
