Returns
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.

I’ve been eying up the Heritage Watch for a little while and finally purchased. So glad I did, as I absolutely love it ♥️ I’ve had so many compliments already and people asking me where it came from ✨✨
The watch itself is beautiful, but the tool supplied to remove the strap links is terrible quality. The tool became unusable (warped and/or broken) before I could remove any links, and I had to purchase my own own tool to adjust the watch strap.
This was recently gifted to me for Mother's Day and I absolutely love it. The design is classic and elegant, which makes it perfect for both everyday wear and more formal occasions - I wear mine everyday! The watch is well made and feels solid and dainty at the same time. If you like vintage style watches this is a great choice.
I am so obsessed with this watch, it is exactly what I have been looking for. It's has so much weight to it, such a high-quality, stunning watch.
