Our Permanent Jewellery is made from 9k & 14k solid yellow gold, designed for everyday wear. To keep your piece shining:

• Clean gently with warm water and a soft cloth when needed.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or strong cleaning agents.
• If your piece ever requires re-welding, please book in for Lifetime Care appointment.

Considerations:

• Natural Stretching: A slight stretch (up to 1cm) over time is normal due to body heat and movement. Further stretching is considered wear and tear.
• Warranty: Only breakages at the weld point are covered. Chain breaks are classified as wear and tear and not included under warranty.

We require a credit card to secure your booking. In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, late attendance or no-show your card will be charged $50 - Eternal Permanent Jewellery Appointment or $30 - Eternal Permanent Jewellery Aftercare Appointment.

Aftercare appointments are available for $30. This includes re-soldering your piece or adding additional beads.

If you wish to have more then one Eternal piece soldered in your appointment you are required to book two appointments consecutively.

Our Permanent Jewellery Service is located at our Pacific Fair Pop Up, on level 1 in between Lululemon and Honey Birdette.

In addition to consumer law, we offer a 3 month manufacturing warranty. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover pieces that have been damaged due to 'wear and tear' through misuse, accident or if the piece is lost. If the chain breaks, please book in for a Eternal Permanent Jewellery aftercare appointment and we can solder the piece back on for you.

You can purchase a YCL e-gift card, which is redeemable in store and online.

If you're wanting to remove your Eternal Jewellery for an event or surgery you can cut the chain with scissors. If you'd like it soldered again in the future you can make a 'aftercare' appointment and we can solder it again for you.

We certainly do, one person needs to be booked per time slot. So you can either book one time slot per person ion your group or email our customer care info@ycljewels.com.

Our soldering experience is exclusive to the Eternal Permanent Jewellery collection. We are unable to solder any other pieces outside from this collection.

The Eternal Permanent Jewellery collection is only available in 9k & 14k solid gold. This means your piece will look forever new, and won't fade.

Clients must be 16 years or older, or 13-16 years with a guardian present.

You will receive a booking confirmation email at the time of booking. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details at the time of booking. Services are payable at the time of your appointment. In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, late attendance or no-show your card may be charged $50. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to complete the waiver form and select your Eternal Chain and Eternal Beads. If you are running late please call our team on 0431 412 044. In case of late attendance, we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a later date due to availability on the day.
