Using Colour to Match Your Mood
Introducing our new collection Colour Theory.
Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist and supporter of art therapy, was renowned for using the meaning of colour within this therapy treatments because he felt this would help his patients explore, and in turn express, some of the deeper parts of their psyche.
Colours play an important role in the world of jewellery. They can convey emotions, symbolise cultural significance, and communicate ones personal taste.
Blue — We chose the colour blue for this collection as it is seen as a calming and serene colour, that is often associated with the sky and the ocean. In jewellery, blue is commonly used to represent trust, loyalty, and stability.
Green — We chose the colour green as it is often associated with nature, growth, and balance. When worn, it can symbolise renewal, abundance and prosperity.
Yellow — We chose to use the colour yellow as it represents the sun and it's warmth. In jewellery, hues of yellow are used as a symbol of happiness, optimism and creativity.
Clear — Clear stones are known to represent eternal love and commitment. They are also used in jewellery as a symbol of purity, hope and vulnerability.
