The Society is our way of giving back to you, our community. It grants you access to exclusive member only offers and rewards.

Sign up and you’ll earn points on your purchases and other interactions with us. The more points you have, the higher your loyalty tier and the more benefits you’ll have access to.

You'll earn 1 point per $1 you spend. You'll also be rewarded for celebrating a birthday, following/liking us on socials, referring a friend and more. 

Make sure you're signed in to your account, then open the rewards panel on the left hand side of whatever screen you're viewing from. Next, click on ways to redeem. If you have enough points for one of the rewards, there will be a redeem button. 

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the discount code with a button to apply code which will automatically apply the code to the checkout. 

To put it simply, 100 points = $10.

Your points will expire 12 months after your last order, or if you haven’t placed an order yet, from the date of your account creation.

Yes you will start the program at 0 points, if you have spent over $500AUD from January 1, 2023 - April 19, 2023 you will be added into the Society Member II tier.

A calendar year will determine your VIP tier for that year and the following calendar year.

For example:

You earn enough points to reach Society Member III in November of 2023. You will enjoy the benefits of your tier III status for the rest of that year and all of 2024.

You will have the calendar year to continue shopping with us and remain eligible for that tier; or you will be downgraded accordingly on January 1 the following year.
