Free over $200, orders under incur a $12 AUD shipping fee, 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

Packaging
Each piece arrives in our signature YCL gift box. For multiple-piece orders, each item will be placed in its own pouch, with one gift box included. If you’d like additional gift boxes for separate packaging, simply leave a note at checkout—we're happy to accommodate.

- How long will my order take to ship? All orders will ship within 1-2n business days. This does not apply to sale periods.
- Does YCL have a warranty? Yes we do, we offer a 6 month warranty on all items.
- How long will a pre-order take to ship? You can find an estimated ship date in the product description of a pre-order product.

Returns
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
