I am a Gold Coast local, can I physically build my Charm Bar piece?
We offer this service online & at ourYCL Pacific Fair Store. Please note that this service is not yet available at our Burleigh Heads Showroom.
Can I add new charms to an existing piece?
You certainly can! If you are a Gold Coast Local, visit our Pacific Fair store & our team will add new charms onto your Charm Bar piece. If you purchased online, please email info@ycljewels.com and our team will be able to organise this for you.
Can I extend my Charm Bar piece?
Yes! We offer chain extensions in Block, Bar, and Figaro chains. Simply select your preferred chain option at the bottom of the product page when choosing your charms.
Can I change my charm order once received?
Yes you can, please note this will incur an aftercare fee, & shipping to & from our studio. Please email info@ycljewels.com and our and team will be able to organise this for you.
How can I choose my SYM pendants?
Our full range of SYM Pendants are available for selection on our SYM Chain product pages. Simply click on any SYM Chains and select your SYM Pendants. You must click on the unwanted pendant to unselect it and from there, you are able to select your 7th pendant option.
Can I return my Charm Bar piece?
As all Charm Bar pieces are custom & made to order, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on these pieces.
