All SRLA Jewellery chests are crafted by hand, please read below to learn how to best care for your chest: 

1. To clean, wipe your chest down with a dry, soft cloth
2. Avoid any liquids on your chest
3. Avoid any harsh chemicals /  sprays / cleaning agents 
4. Avoid placing your chest on or near rough surfaces 
5. Keep your chest out of direct sunlight
6. Avoid placing your chest in humid rooms
7. Use a small lint roller to clean the interior lining of your chest 
8. Avoid slamming your chest lid
9. Avoid bending the chest lid back as this could compromise your hinge function
10. The piano lacquer is delicate so avoid dropping your box

Priority shipping to the USA on SRLA chests is $60 AUD & once dispatched will arrive within 2-5 business days.

We offer express shipping for all international orders outside of Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination at checkout:

Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 21 business days, depending on the destination.When your order reaches the destination country and clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal provider. SRLA or YCL are not responsible for any additional charges related to international customs and import taxes, or for any delays caused by the delivery service provider. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email confirmation.

We allow returns 14 days from receiving your order for either a refund or gift card. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The object must arrive in original packing, undamaged. Any refund processed, once your order has been shipped, will be less the shipping fee already paid by SRLA.

If in the event your parcel is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any extra shipping fee's incurred to re-ship your item.

Our SRLA Jewellery Chests are crafted with premium materials, including glue and paint finishes to ensure their durability and stunning design. Occasionally, you may notice a slight scent upon first opening your chest. This is completely normal and a result of the finishing process. To remove the scent, simply air out your jewellery chest in a well-ventilated area for a few days. The scent will naturally dissipate, leaving you with a beautifully crafted piece to treasure for years to come.
