Such a difficult question! High up there is my engagement and wedding ring although the ring my mum passed down to me on my wedding day is a piece I truly cherish. This ring has a tiny blue stone, which was gifted to my mum by her parents when she was 16 and she now passed onto me. It is a feminine piece with a a feeling of strength and history behind it, which I hope to be able to pass on also.

YCL speaks a story - there is a sense of female beauty and empowerment behind the pieces. It also is one of the easiest brands to wear, the pieces are easy to layer and mix up with pieces you already own. Fuss free is my favourite type of anything (especially jewellery)!

4. Whats the best advice that you’ve ever received?

Another hard one! The one that sticks out to me today is when my grandmother told me it's just as important what people know about you as it is just as important with what they don't know about you. In an age of social media and a lack of privacy, I found it resonated with me and something I think about all the time.

I feel most at home in my own skin when I am intuitive, when I am following the patterns of my body - resting when tired, giving myself a break or leaving the office and going for a walk when I feel stressed. I do not have to be in a certain place, I just need to be listening to what I truly need or want to be doing (instead of what I feel like I have to do).
