Every personalised piece is made to order, just for you. Because it’s crafted with your letters, it can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your piece arrives faulty, we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund. - Standard shipping is free for all orders over $150 & arrives in 2-8 days
- Orders under $150 standard shipping is $7.95 & arrives within 2-8 days arrival
- Express shipping is $6.95 for orders over $150, and orders under $150 is $9.95 & arrives in 1-3 days.
NEW ZEALAND:
Free over $200, orders under incur a $12 AUD shipping fee, 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
UNITED STATES:
USA: Free for orders over $500, for orders under please refer here for shipping rates.

If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
- All sale styles are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, gift card, or exchange unless deemed faulty.
