- Engraved pieces require up to 7 business days processing time in addition to standard shipping timeframes. Please allow extra time during promotional periods, sales, or peak trading.

- As each piece is engraved individually, engraved items are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed, unless deemed faulty.
- Please ensure all engraving details are correct before checkout. We cannot amend engraving details after the order has been confirmed.
