Our Large Extension Bar Weave Push Link unlocks new ways to style your SYM chain. Attach it to your SYM Link to add a vertical drop or use it as a connector for pendants. Designed to layer, and transform, this piece allows you to personalise your chain with dimension and meaning.

Packaging
Each piece arrives in our signature YCL gift box. For multiple-piece orders, each item will be placed in its own pouch, with one gift box included. If you’d like additional gift boxes for separate packaging, simply leave a note at checkout—we're happy to accommodate.

- How long will my order take to ship? All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. This does not apply to sale periods.
- Do you have a warranty? Yes we do, we offer a 6 month warranty on all items.

Returns
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.

After purchasing in excess of $1500 of product over two orders. You would expect the quality be of a higher standard than what was received. Website information was incorrect which told me I needed to purchase extra items to fit charms when I didn’t need, extra costs that were unnecessary. When I reached out to the customer service department their response was little to no help after sending through pictures of the products received that were faulty, bent and of low quality. Wouldn’t purchase again for that price, especially after the customer service you are providing.

Give 2 stars as I think this is a genius idea and looks great but the quality in workmanship isn’t there. I would like to hope I got a faulty one but after light use one clasp doesn’t close properly. For price point it should be better.
