Really disappointed with this purchase. The quality is very poor — it broke within a week, which I would not consider acceptable for any product. Customer service was also unhelpful, dismissing it as “wear and tear,” which is frustrating given how quickly it failed.
I actually bought this as something special after my dog passed away, so it meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.

was gifted the 9kt Gold but chain broke and misplaced it. Repurchased the Gold Plated style because unfortunately the 9kt Gold isn't available anymore. Would be great if the 9kt was restocked.
