We offer this service online & at our YCL Pacific Fair Store. Please note that this service is not yet available at our Burleigh Heads Showroom.
Team YCL will place charms in an aesthetically pleasing order, that factors in even weight distribution of your piece. If you have a specific order, please write this in the notes of your order or let our friendly team know at our Pacific Fair store.
You certainly can! If you are a Gold Coast Local, visit our Pacific Fair store & our team will add new charms onto your Charm Bar piece. If you purchased online, please email info@ycljewels.com and our team will be able to organise this for you.
Yes! We offer chain extensions in Block, Bar, and Figaro chains. Simply select your preferred chain option at the bottom of the product page when choosing your charms.
Yes you can, please note this will incur an aftercare fee, & shipping to & from our studio.
As all Charm Bar pieces are custom & made to order, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on these pieces.
