Each piece arrives in our signature YCL gift box. For multiple-piece orders, each item will be placed in its own pouch, with one gift box included. If you’d like additional gift boxes for separate packaging, simply leave a note at checkout—we're happy to accommodate.

Returns
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.

- Love them so much, I got myself a second pair when I saw they're on sale.
Disappointed with the quality of this pair. As soon as I removed the hoops from the box for the first time, I could already feel small dents and imperfections on the surface. Both hoops had tiny ridges, and on closer inspection the finish was not completely smooth with minor warping to the surface.
I likely would not have noticed these minor dents had the earrings not felt scratchy to touch from the moment I took them out of the case. I bought the same pair in silver and it was okay, so this was especially disappointing. This is an expensive pair and I feel cheated by the quality. I can’t even return them because of the no-returns policy for earrings. Would not recommend these for the price paid.

These hoops are exactly what I was looking for. They are slightly heavy so can hurt your ears if you wear them for extended periods of time, and this is my second pair after the first started to lose their colour (I wore them regularly for about 18 months) but otherwise they’re great.
I have purchased many items from YCL and will continue to do so. Their jewellery lasts really well as I’m sure these hoops will too.
