- Standard shipping is free for all orders over $150 & arrives in 2-8 days
- Orders under $150 standard shipping is $7.95 & arrives within 2-8 days arrival
- Express shipping is $6.95 for orders over $150, and orders under $150 is $9.95 & arrives in 1-3 days.
NEW ZEALAND:
Free over $200, orders under incur a $12 AUD shipping fee, 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
UNITED STATES:
USA: Free for orders over $500, for orders under please refer here for shipping rates.

Packaging
Each piece arrives in our signature YCL gift box. For multiple-piece orders, each item will be placed in its own pouch, with one gift box included. If you’d like additional gift boxes for separate packaging, simply leave a note at checkout—we're happy to accommodate.

- How long will my order take to ship? All orders will ship within 1-2n business days. This does not apply to sale periods.
- Does YCL have a warranty? Yes we do, we offer a 6 month warranty on all items.
- How long will a pre-order take to ship? You can find an estimated ship date in the product description of a pre-order product.

Returns
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.

The YCL charm bracelet is actually sterling silver with gold plating, it's beautiful and shiny. The charms are all a decent size and are shiny. The bubble letters are tiny though. I love all the charms. I haven't worn it yet but when I do, I'll have to be really careful nothing breaks off. I wish the YCL logo was facing forward when the charms were facing forward, but oh well, it's perfectly imperfect.

The chain is super pretty because it's a bit different than just the usual necklace chain, so it gives me something new to add to my collection. The charms were attached in a really nice way and I love them. I got the red beetle, the star and the spade, which all represent things that I'm going through right now. What's bizarre is that my eye went to those three charms before I even knew what they meant. It's meant to be.! I actually ordered the choker by accident and when I wanted to exchange it for the normal length they were sold out, but provided me with two extenders so that it's the right length.

Terrible! Keeps coming off! Thw jump ring tha attaches the bow dow not allow for enough movement. Poor design.

The beetle charm couldn’t be warn as it gets caught on everything and the links where the pendants are connected break easily. It didn’t even last a week. The help to repair or replace it was poor as well. $250 spent on a bracelet that didn’t even last 2 days.
