To receive your order in time for Christmas:

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Order by Friday 18th December
• Express Shipping (Australia Post): Order by Sunday 20th of December 
• International (DHL Express): Order by Sunday, 13th December

Yes. Add our signature gift wrapping at checkout and your order arrives in a white and wine striped hard box, finished with a ribbon. It’s a small touch that makes every piece ready to give. 

Yes, we’ve extended our returns period for the holiday season. Orders placed from 6th November have until 8th January 2027 to be returned. Please note, only eligible items can be returned.

If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card accept returns subject to the following conditions:

• The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging.
• The request is made within our extended returns period.
• Once your request is approved, your return must be lodged with the post between the 6th of November and 6th of January.
• If your return is posted outside of this timeframe, your Return Authorisation (RMA) will be cancelled and your item will be sent back to you.
• That you provide proof of purchase .
• Earrings and Made to Order pieces cannot be returned.
• Charm Bar pieces are made to order & therefore are not eligible for a refund or return.
• Custom rings cannot be returned.
• Items sold as samples, at a discount, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. This includes all styles in our sale collection. Additionally, any items purchased using a discount code, during a sitewide sale, or as part of our annual sales such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday cannot be returned.
• We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay or Klarna. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only.
• Items purchased through a third-party retailer will not be covered under YCL’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items was purchased from directly.
• Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
• Please note, we are unable to accept faulty returns at our Pacific Fair Boutique. If you need to return a faulty item, kindly email our team instead.
• Returns for change of mind or non-faulty items will incur a $15 fee, which covers return shipping.
• If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase and the value of the order falls below the qualifying amount required to receive the gift, the redeemed gift must be returned as well, meeting all return requirements. If the gift is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the gift.
