This necklace broke within 6 months, unfortunately my 1 year old grabbed the necklace and it came off my neck. I had worn this necklace only on special occasion. I took it to a local jeweller to get fixed and my jeweller had informed me that the chain is faulty and they were unable to fix it. They had showed me how the necklace could pull apart with minimal tension and literally pulled tiny pieces off with the hands. I have informed ycl and they are unwilling to do anything about it. Absolute waste of money.

The necklace is pretty, but I went with a 'W' pendant, which constantly flips around to look like an 'M' no matter what I do (see photo).
YCL support said "I believe what you are experiencing is just the nature of our Petite Initial Necklaces. As they are a particularly petite style, the initial and petite gem don’t carry much weight so they will easily move around your neckline. Please ensure your necklace is on the right way as this will definitely help. When putting it on the clasp should be in your right hand and the letter will sit more to the right and the jewel to the left."
However, I have always had the necklace on the correct way and it doesn't make any difference - the photo pictured is flipped which makes it look like it's the wrong way but it's definitely on the right side/right clasp!
