Our jewelry is crafted with certified 14k gold vermeil—a thick 2.5-micron layer of solid gold over 925 sterling silver. This ensures exceptional durability, long-lasting wear, and a luxe feel at an accessible price.

Each piece arrives in our signature YCL gift box. For multiple-piece orders, each item will be placed in its own pouch, with one gift box included. If you’d like additional gift boxes for separate packaging, simply leave a note at checkout—we're happy to accommodate.

1. How long will my order take to ship? All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. This does not apply to sale periods.
2. Do you have a warranty? Yes we do, we offer a 6 month warranty on all items.
3. How long will a pre-order take to ship? You can find an estimated ship date in the product description of a pre-order product.

If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card subject to the following conditions:

• The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
• The request is made within 14 days of delivery 
• That you provide proof of purchase 
• Earrings pieces cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons
• Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
