Will all YCL pendants fit all chains?
Not all pendants are compatible with all chains, please see collections above to see if your pendant will fit what chain.
Can I buy charms or SYM pendants sepereately?
Charm Bar Charms and SYM Pendants can only be purchased with their matching chains. If you already own a SYM necklace, click here to shop more pendants. We
Can I add other YCL pendants to my SYM Link?
Currently only our SYM pendants & Big Bubble Initials will fit on our SYM link.
Can I add new Charm Bar Charms to an existing Charm Bar chain?
You certainly can! If you are a Gold Coast Local, visit our Pacific Fair store & our team will add new charms onto your Charm Bar piece for free. If you purchased online, please email info@ycljewels.com and our team will be able to organise this for you.
Can I add Charm Bar charms onto other chains?
Only our Charm Bar Charms are quite petite and the jump rings (the ring that atatches the charm to the chain) have been designed to connect into Charm Bar Chains only.
